Zhana's Testimonial

During Align + Elevate, Kristen has really been helping me grow confidence and strengthen my positivity and outlook. She gives so many tools to help me dig deeper. We set clear action items during our weekly meeting. My biggest tangible change from Align + Elevate would be my mindset. I am working to be more confident and you can't be super confident when you have a negative mindset. I am trying to reframe situations and my thoughts towards them. Ever since I’ve started working with her, I’ve noticed that my positivity has increased! My boyfriend has noticed and mentioned the change too! The change in my mindset has allowed me to go after jobs I wouldn't have normally gone after and has allowed me to show up as my best self during interviews.
