My goals were to find clarity on my career path and dreams, raise my self-confidence, stop living on autopilot, & get out of my own way. By going through the lessons laid out by Kristen, I was able to become my higher self, get rid of my limiting beliefs, create boundaries needed to create the life of my dreams. Kristen taught me the tools to rewrite those limiting beliefs. If you 100% commit to rewriting them then your beliefs truly change. 3 months later & I no longer have my prior limiting beliefs and I am 100% going all in on my dream business and life. I am finally manifesting all the positive energy and the world Is reciprocating that energy back.

I really wanted to develop more meaningful relationships and stay on track to open my business. It was so helpful to have Kristen keeping me accountable and encouraging me to do things the way my higher self would. I learned how to break a big goal into tangible things, which shifted my overwhelm to excitement for my project. The most significant change overall is my confidence! I am so much more creative now, I care less what others think, and I trust myself because my word means something. I've been able to shift my mindset to accept failure as part of success instead of as the opposite of success. Also, I know how to process my emotions now instead of feeling overwhelmed by them.
